PLAYER'S CLUB POLICIES

1. Members of the Trop Advantage® Players Club must be able to present a valid government issued picture ID showing that they are at least 21 years of age.

2. All member benefits and offers are non-transferable.

3. Comp offers are based on your expected level of play.

4. All comps and ctash back must be redeemed within 13 months of being earned. Comps and cash back will expire at 13 months, it's always the oldest that are used first.

5. Trop Advantage® Club is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards.

6. Membership in the Trop Advantage® Players Club may be revoked or canceled at any time, without notice, at the discretion of the management.

7. Management reserves the right to cancel, change, or revise policies, rewards, and benefits at any time, without notice.

8. All disputes and subsequent decisions by management are final and binding.

9. Management reserves the right to adjust any point or comp balance resulting from fraud, malfunction, or operator error.

10. Black Level = 250,000 points, Platinum Level = 50,000 points, Gold Level = 10,000, Copper Level = 1,000 points earned every 6 months (January – June and July – December) to maintain level. Benefit periods are August 1 – January 31 for January 1 – June 30 earning period and February 1 – July 31 for July 1 – December 31 earning period.
